Lahore: The deadline to apply for inclusion in the open-ballot event for residential and commercial plots in all developed phases of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has been extended till December 2, according to a publication. The scheme’s administration first invited applications for the balloting process in October.
As per details, residential plots measuring 5, 7, 10 marlas and 1 kanal; as well as commercial plots measuring 2, 4 and 8 marlas are available for purchase on two-year instalment plans.
The details of these developed residential and commercial plots are available on the DHA Lahore’s website. Applicants can submit their forms along with fee payments online. The payment can also be made through cash/pay-order/demand-draft in favour of ‘DHA Lahore Ballot 2019’ at the designated branches of Askari Bank and MCB Bank.
Meanwhile, the ballot event is scheduled to be held on December 19. Further, the DHA administration has also revised the condition where in, previously, the buyers had to pay 25% of the value of the plot within 30 days – now they just have to pay 10% as down payment.
