Lahore: Following the successful auctioning of commercial plots in LDA City Jinnah Sector, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has informed buyers that they must submit their down payment by November 5, according to a Facebook post on the LDA’s official page.
As per the detail shared, failure to submit the down payment by the given deadline will result in the cancellation of the allotment of the plot. The authority also reshared the detailed payment plan for the said commercial plots which are as follows:
The buyers will have to submit a 20% down payment within 30 days of the auction
The remaining 80% of the amount will be payable in 2 years
A 10% discount will be offered on a lump-sum payment
