Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has announced the deadline for the payment of the first installment of residential plots in Chahar Bagh Enclave through its official Facebook handle. According to the authority, plot owners must settle their first installment by May 1. However, they have until May 7 to make their payments without incurring any late fees.
It is important to mention here that the RUDA announced the opening of plot bookings for Chahar Bagh Enclave on November 19, 2023.
Additionally, RUDA recently provided updates on the progress of infrastructure development within the project. A post shared on April 22 on the authority’s official Facebook page, accompanied by the hashtag ‘ChaharBagh’ and a video, highlighted the ongoing work. Despite not explicitly mentioning the project, the post revealed that the sub-base and base courses are 58% complete, drainage work has reached 100% completion, and sewerage work stands at 94% completion. Furthermore, the post indicated that the project’s boundary work has advanced to 92% completion.
