Lahore: The deadline to apply for developed residential and commercial plots in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore and become part of open ballot process is set to expire on December 2. The commercial and residential plots are located in established DHA Lahore phases.

DHA Lahore first invited applications for the balloting process in October, and recently extended the due date to December 2. The balloting event itself will take place on December 19. The developer has also revised the condition of paying 25% down payment in order to facilitate the applicants. Now, the applicants only have to pay a 10% down payment within 30 days.

Interested individuals can submit their forms online, along with paying associated fees. They can make the payments through cash/demand-draft/pay-order at designated Askari Bank and MCB Bank branched in favour of ‘DHA Lahore Ballot 2019’.

According to the details previously communicated, the DHA Lahore management is offering residential plots of 5, 7, and 10 marlas, and 1 kanal – as well as commercial plots measuring 2, 4, and 8 marlas. All of these plots are available for purchase on a two-year instalment plan.
