Karachi: Naval Anchorage Karachi, a welfare project by Pakistan Navy, has announced the last date for booking dealer quote files, according to a publication. The interested dealers can get their quota files latest by August 14.
Through this publication, Naval Anchorage’s management also thanked the real estate agents and property dealers for the overwhelming response extended towards the offer. The print advertisement published in local print media on Friday, also mentioned of Al-Karam Lagoon as the authorised dealer for the project, which is also the joint venture partner for Naval Anchorage.
In addition to that, the names of the authorised sub-dealers was also revealed; The DK Investment, Al-Burj Real Estate, Aklins Properties, Patel Estate & Developers, and AH Properties & Investment LLC (USA & Canada).
