Karachi: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi has signed an agreement with Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s Office for construction of high-end golf view villas in DHA City, according to a news story reported on May 3. The MoU was signed by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, DHA Karachi President and former DGISPR General Babar Iftikhar, and a business partner.

As per the details, the Villas will be constructed on the newly built Nick Faldo Golf Course in DHA City. The project will be completed by UAE’s AMWAJ Developers in form of ‘state-of-the-art ultra-high-end luxury villas’ as per the highest international standards.

The news source further mentioned that Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s Office is keen to invest in Pakistan’s real estate sector and bring foreign direct investment to the country. The Royal Office is also constructing luxury apartments in collaboration with Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore and setting up a 1,100-megawatt Green Hydrogen project through its London-based firm; Oracle Energy.
