Gujranwala: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala administration has announced that the additional commissioner (revenue) has significantly reduced the DC rates for the areas lying in the vicinity of DHA Gujranwala, according to the project’s official Facebook page.

The authority has termed this reduction in DC rates a great news for both investors and residents of the area for sale/purchase of land for DHA Gujranwla in these areas.
In an earlier development, the authority has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a joint venture (JV) to construct villas with smart amenities and grid stations. The said agreement was signed with ‘Arch Tech Consultancy Company, MN Construction, Mureed Construction and Pak Arab Services for the construction of Villas of 5, 6 and 10 Marla’ in DHA Gujranwala. Other amenties offered by these smart villas are; earthquake resistance, digital billing, online electronic and gas controls, e-security cameras, smoke detectors, solar electricity (on demand), biometric entrances and plug and play (tv & internet).
