Gujranwala: DC Colony’s management committee has approved a budget worth PKR 700 million for development and non-development projects on Tuesday (August 27), a news source reported. The committee also agreed to complete development work in DC Colony Extension-2.

Haji Amjad Saleem Butt presided over the meeting, while the committee’s General Secretary Waqas Shahid Khokhar, and executive members Amir Bashir Mughal, Samina Irfan, Mirza Iqbal and Shahjahan Waraich, were among the notable officials present.

The committee also agreed to complete the process of launching DC Colony Extension-3, and open the transfer process for plots. In addition, the committee agreed to keep the medical centre in DC Colony open on Sundays.
As revealed by DC Colony General Secretary Khokhar, the meeting’s agenda was communicated to the committee members three days in advance.
