Oh wow, what a weekend we’ve had!
After a very successful Day 1, the second day of Zameen.com Property Expo 2016 in Islamabad began bright and early on Sunday, April 10. While the first day saw an impressive footfall, visitors nearly quadrupled on the second day and everyone witnessed a property event that, by all means, exceeded expectations. Needless to say, it was exactly what real estate aficionados had dreamed of … and even more.
Most of the visitors were genuinely interested in real estate. Families enjoyed the event and all the fun activities it offered. From the hot property deals struck at the event, the music played by the DJ, the xciting Wheel of Fortune and the ever-popular photo booth to the absolutely smashing concert by Roxen at the end, Day 2 did not have a single dull moment.
Highlights of the day
Wheel of Fortune
Our excited visitors couldn’t get enough of the Wheel of Fortune! Visitors waited in line to try their luck and in exchange Zameen.com gave away great commemorative prizes.
Play area for kids
While there were plenty of activities for the grownups, kids were certainly not left out. The dedicated kids’ play area was highly popular as the little ones were thrilled to have something interesting for them to do while the adults discussed real estate.
Deputy Mayor of Islamabad stops by
The honourable Deputy Mayor of Islamabad Zeeshan Naqvi graced the event with his presence and appreciated Team Zameen’s efforts for organising a highly successful real estate event in the federal capital. He took a round of the floor, flanked by members of his delegation and Team Zameen.
Roxen’s performance
And last, but certainly not the least, Roxen’s spectacular performance at the end was the cherry on top of the cake. The crowd immensely enjoyed the concert and danced to the beats played by the musical band. It was a truly amazing performance!

The event was a huge success and exhibitors and visitors were all smiles. Here is what our esteemed exhibitors had to say about the second day of the event:

Echoing his sentiments, Munir of Shah Estate also openly expressed his enthusiasm about the event.
“We met more genuine buyers at the event than we met in a month. This expo has been very successful,” Munir said. His comments were highly encouraging and really made our day!
Gulberg Trade Centre Marketing Executive Ausaf Hussain was also all smiles about the event.
“Visitors here are not just random people, they are potential clients who are highly interested in our project: Gulberg Trade Centre,” he said.
Sheikh Enterprises stall saw many, many potential clients throughout the day.
” Islamabad Villas is catching the attention of investors and genuine buyers,” said representatives of Sheikh Enterprises. Seems like it’ll be highly popular in the real estate market soon!
