Dawood met with a US delegation and informed the representatives that the incumbent government was now focusing on encouraging foreign investments. He also discussed the issues of bilateral trade and enhanced market access to Pakistan with US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross.
The PM’s advisor asked the US delegation to participate in the Business Opportunities Conference for forging better networking between the private sectors of both countries. Further, he said that the US International Development Finance Corporation (IDFC) should help in developing new businesses in Pakistan.
