ISLAMABAD: Spokesman for CDA Ramzan Sajid told Daily Times that CDA will be able to regain the trust of the investors through this project. He said if no one would apply for the project still CDA management had decided to complete it in one year.
He said the development cost of the project was almost Rs 1.25 billion and CDA have already got commitments of Rs 5 billion. He said date of filing of application had been extended on demand of overseas Pakistanis otherwise after completion of project that sector will be much better and beautiful as compared to F-7 and each plot will be sold for Rs 30 million.
