Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has announced the balloting date of its flagship Chahar Bagh residential project, according to a notice shared on the authority’s official website. The balloting for residential plots will take place on August 26.

According to the announcement, the balloting will be live streamed on the authority’s official Facebook page from 11 AM onwards. The civic body has invited citizens and investors to tune in at the specified time to know the results in real-time. However, the ballot results will also be posted on the official website.
It is vital to note that Chahar Bagh is being marketed as the country’s first smart residential project with cutting-edge technology integration. The project is located near the Ring Road Interchange on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2), whereas the Allama Iqbal International Airport is only a 10-minute drive from the project site.
