Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister for Housing Dr Amjad Ali on Tuesday was briefed about the progress of development on various housing schemes in the province that also included reports on 40,000 kanals of land for CPEC City Nowshera which was handed over to the Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) for the relevant development work, a news source reported. The minister directed for strict monitoring of all development schemes to ensure timely completion of the project.

According to details, the minister was briefed about 10 housing projects in the province, that the construction work was in full swing and all the project developments are on schedule. He was informed that 50% of the construction work on flats for government employees in Hayatabad have been completed. In addition, 60% of the work on Jarma Housing Scheme, Kohat has also been completed.

Moreover, it was shared during the meeting that the ownership rights to allottees of the Jalozai Housing Scheme would be given by the end of the year.
