Abbottabad: Peshawar High Court has directed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to inspect the sites of two underdevelopment commercial plazas. According to a news source, the plazas in question are allegedly being built in a forest area in Abbottabad Cantonment.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Mussarat Hilali and Justice Yahya Afridi directed the EPA director general to inspect the construction of the plazas and file a reply to a petition filed by an inhabitant of the area. Reportedly, the bench has postponed the next hearing of the case to April 2.
