Karachi: A district and sessions court has ordered the Clifton and Saddar Cantonment Boards officers to take action against illegal high-rise buildings around Delhi Colony in Clifton. According to a news source, a plaintiff had claimed in court that illegal construction was underway in collusion with the cantonment boards.
Reportedly, the court told the directors general of the cantonment boards to give instruction to the officers concerned to take action against the illegal high-rise buildings, which had been built without approved plans from the relevant authorities.
