Karachi: Sindh Minister for Industries and Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has directed the cooperative housing societies to digitise their records for utmost transparency in the transfer of plots and other property matters, a news source reported on February 2.

The minister visited the project site of a cooperative housing society and asked other cooperative housing societies to computerise their records. He went on to say that the biometric transfer for plots was admirable. Minister Dharejo stated that he will try to ensure the transfer of plots through NADRA so there will be no case of double allotment.

Moreover, the minister gave orders to digitise the records as soon as possible and resolve all the problems of their residents. During the visit, the minister inaugurated Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Park in the housing society. The minister was accompanied by Cooperative Housing Societies Registrar Muhammad Hussain Baloch.
