Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is inviting eligible construction firms, contractors and joint ventures — recognised by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 for pre-qualification of investors — for the development of an underground electrical infrastructure in LDA City, according to news source.
Contractors that possess the skills and experience required for the installation of such electrical infrastructure projects are requested to submit their profiles with the LDA. The scope of the work includes (but isn’t limited to) High-Tension/ Low-Tension (HT/LT) underground lines, power distribution panels, allied works and street lights installation.

The department has announced that the pre-qualification shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules & Pakistan Engineering Council’s guidelines. The evaluation of applications will be conducted in due course, and the results will be communicated to the applicants soon after. The pre-qualification notice is also available on PPRA website.
