Karachi: Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Administrator and Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab on Saturday (April 2) inaugurated the construction work on Murad Memon Road from the urban forest and Kandiyani bridge in district Malir, according to news sources.

The administrator, speaking at the ceremony, assured the people of Malir that all the development projects will be completed this year. KMC Administrator Wahab expressed satisfaction with the work being carried out in collaboration with the World Bank (WB) to improve streets.
Moreover, he informed that the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board will start operating in the Central district within a month for garbage collection from the seventh district. He went on to say that the construction work on Kakri Ground in Lyari will be completed within six months. It will provide an international standard sports complex in the city.

Furthermore, Karachi Administrator Wahab disclosed that a stadium will be developed at the ground in Sherpao Colony. He added that the foundation stone is expected to be laid next week.
