Lahore: Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Ring Road Southern Loop-3 (SL-3) project near Maraka, aiming to assess the progress of the ongoing work, a news source reported on August 25.

The news source shared that CM Naqvi undertook a comprehensive review of the project, including the earthwork and alignment, and expressed contentment with the current pace of developments. He also imparted clear directives to the concerned officials, emphasizing the need for the project’s timely completion.

Moreover, this initiative has been launched after a hiatus of 12 years and holds paramount significance. The Ring Road SL-3 aims to alleviate traffic congestion at Thokar Niaz Baig and improve traffic flow. During the visit, Secretary C&W, alongside officials from the Frontier Works Organization (FWO), provided a detailed briefing to caretaker CM regarding the SL-3 project. They assured that the project remains on track for completion within the established timeframe.
