Chairing a meeting, Dawood assured the Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) Chairman Mian Kashif Ashfaq that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) would be signed in about two weeks between FIEDMC and the Lahore Expo Centre. He said that the MoU would finalise how the two authorities will run managerial affairs at the Faisalabad Expo Centre.
Dawood stressed that the incumbent government was striving to shift the country’s economy from consumption-driven to investment-driven. Meanwhile, the FIEDMC chairman briefed him about development, investment, and progress in the Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
