Dera Ismail Khan: Former Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur inaugurated the construction work on two flyovers in Tank Adda and Sabzi-Mandi Chowk in Dera City, which will be built at a total cost of PKR 3.22 billion, according to news published in the national dailies on November 26.

At the inauguration ceremony, the NLC officials briefed the former minister about the project. As per the details, the project will be executed by the National Logistics Cell (NLC) within 30 months. During the visit, the former minister unveiled a plaque at the Syndicate Mor, which was attended by Dera Deputy Commissioner Nasrullah Khan, Assistant Commissioner Farhan Ahmed, NESPAK and NLC officials.

Mr Gandapur, while talking to the media, stated that the flyovers will not only decrease the load of traffic pressure but will boost business activities in the city. He went on to say that the funds have been reserved for WAPDA installations, underground sewerage lines, and gas pipelines.
