The adviser granted this approval while he was on an official visit to GCCI, where he recognised and appreciated the role played by the industries in these cities – in an overall contribution to Pakistani exports. The industrialists and traders of these cities were previously promised ‘full support’ and the common expo centre would help them access to a mainstream platform with additional marketing exposure.

During his visit, he also met with the representatives of the Pakistan Electric Fan Manufacturers Association (PEFMA). The representatives appreciated the measures and interventions introduced by the Ministry for Commerce in efforts to boost both the engineering and exports sectors.
