Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman, who is also Chief Commissioner of Islamabad, Chaudhary Muhammad Ali Randhawa has set a stringent deadline for the completion of shops within Blue Area Parking Plaza, as reported by a news source on May 10.
The parking plaza, envisioned to accommodate 1200 vehicles across two basements, a ground floor, and five additional floors, will house 18 shops on its first floor, along with a restaurant and a cafe on the rooftop.
According to the details, Chairman Randhawa directed that the construction of ground floor shops must be finalised within 20 days, with allotments to be made through auction or rental agreements. He also directed the concerned authority that the parking plaza must be fully operational by the first week of June.
