Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister for Revenue Shakeel Ahmed has demanded that land records in the province be computerised, a news source reported. He expressed these views during a meeting with delegations who approached him from various regions.
During the meeting, Ahmed also asked for a clear road map for the Revenue department provided to him in 90 days. In addition, he also said that state land will be freed from the encroachers by updating its record.
Talking about the solutions to the problems faced by people of these divisions, Ahmed said that the government is looking to provide employment opportunity to the residents, upgrade the district hospitals, establish university campuses, provide for drinking water and construct new road networks. He promised that the introduction of these facilities will make their lives much easier.
