Lahore: The computerised land record service has been extended to 114 tehsils through Arazi Records Centres.
A Board of Revenue Project Management Unit spokesperson said Punjab Chief Minister Mr Shahbaz Sharif was determined to have all land records computerised as quickly as possible in order to do away with patwari
culture.
He said the computerisation of records had solved issues faced by people in accessing land ownership
records. The Arazi Record Centres’ operations and staff were monitored by the project management unit in order to ensure highest standards of service delivery, he added.
