Islamabad: To improve the services offered by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), a Complaint Management System has been introduced, according to a news source. The chief complaint officer will monitor all the complaints files against CDA and MCI.
According to details, an official notification has also been issued by CDA Member Administration Muhammad Yasir Pirzada. Reportedly, all departments of CDA and MCI have been instructed to attend to the problems and complaints filed by the public within three days and intimate the complainant about how their problem would be fixed.
Furthermore, the chief complainant officer has also been instructed to submit a detailed report every month about the registered complaints and how they have been addressed.
