The beautiful mountainous terrain that surrounds the city of Islamabad and snakes its way up to Murree (and beyond) is nothing short of breathtaking. While you can temporarily enjoy the splendor of this area on a visit to one of the most beautiful capitals of the world, imagine how much better it would be to live amidst the mountains and be nestled between Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Murree. Heaven on earth, indeed! Well, your dream can now become a reality because Commoners Gold Valley, a project of renowned developer Commoners Sky Gardens, is offering all this and much more!
If you find this appealing, perhaps we should explore Commoners Gold Valley a bit further. Ready?
Location
This is mentioned before but needs to be reiterated: the society lies between the cities of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Murree. It’s right next to Bahria Golf City and a mere 20-minute drive from Serena Hotel in the federal capital.
The location is ideal for those who enjoy scenic views, exceptional natural beauty and amazing weather all year long.
Booking & possession
The official date for booking to commence has not been announced yet but it is due to begin in December 2015. Registration forms available need to be filled out and submitted for confirmed booking. Please contact Pak Associates Managing Director Shiraz Manzoor at 0333-5555626 for registration forms.
Possession is expected within 3 to 4 years.
Options and features
The unique housing society offers 5-marla, 10-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal plots. The main unique selling proposition of the housing scheme is its exceptional location and the unrivalled magnificence of the surroundings.
Additionally, the developer plans to keep the society as natural as possible and will leave a large expanse of area untouched to preserve the lush greenery.
The project will also feature shopping malls, sports centres, masaajid, parks, and all general utilities like efficient waste management systems, electricity and uninterrupted gas supply.
Payment plan and prices
The payment plan is dispersed over a period of approximately 3.5 years and is divided into 15 quarterly instalments. The society boasts reasonably priced plots at the moment. The convenient payment schedule is mentioned below:

Future prospects
The project is truly unique and has already received numerous queries about the launch, booking, and balloting. Hence, future prospects seem highly promising and the developer thinks that the project may be sold out within a very short period of time.
Those that are interested in moving to, or investing in, a serene scenic environment should consider becoming a part of Commoners Gold Valley. If so, they should also get a hold of the registration form immediately. Best of luck to all aspiring investors!
I have read all boasting info on Commoners Gold but few following queries remained unanswered.
1. Is this scheme completely approved by CDA? If yes please quote NOC No.
2. Has the land been procured or under process?
3. Why the prices so high? One can buy same specification plot with same price in DHA or Bahria?
The project and it’s location appeals but not affordable for a common citizen. Our real estate market in current situation is a bunch of few big and some small looters. It is, investors Vs genuine buyers. Investors only, are manipulating property prices.
The absence of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority / Agency) gives realtors free hand and let them ample opportunities to commit white collar frauds. Alike other businesses, their are hardly any ethics in this business as well. It sometimes confuses me that suppose there comes RERA into being, shall it’s regulations be implemented ? who guarantees it ??
Yes, this is possible when rule of law is made mandatory on our motherland, But when !!!
