Based on the report submitted by the committee, rules will be amended allowing developed housing schemes to seek approvals from the concerned development authority. Followed by this concession, the government will not allow any real estate or builder to conduct development work prior to procuring all related approvals.
Soon after the illegal housing schemes are regularised, the committee will assist them in getting connections approved for utility services.
