After approval from the CDA board, which is expected to issue a summary in the coming week, the matter will be referred to the federal cabinet for final approval.
So far, the civic agency has identified 10 slums in various sectors, including F-6, F-7, G-7 and G-8, of the capital city. People residing in these katchi abadis have reportedly no access to basic amenities.
