Reportedly, the authority has approved the establishment of RDA City on a 3,000-kanal piece of land adjoining the Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR). This is the first-ever government residential project being developed in the city.
As per the information available, RDA City project will feature plots sized 3, 5, 7 and 10 marlas. The project is also being developed using a proper and inclusive master plan — with water, sewerage, gas and power infrastructure to be installed soon. The project is also expected to accommodate government employees of the lower basic pay scale (BPS).
