Peshawar: The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) is all set to auction off leasing rights of 18 commercial shops for a period of 3 years in the Hayatabad area of the city, according to a news post on the authority’s official Facebook page.
As per the post, all of the 18 commercial shops are located in Hayatabad Peshawar’s Sasta Bazar, Sector F8 Phase VI. The open auction of the shops will take place in PDA office Phase 5, Hayatabad, Peshawar on November 21, 2021, at 11 am.
In two additional posts, the administration has announced dates for the auctioning off of a commercial plot and a cafeteria in the Hayatabad district. The commercial plot number A, spanning 1.33 kanal is located opposite Hayatabad Medical Complex Phase 4 and will be auctioned off on October 21.
The cafeteria being auction is located in the Inner Tatara Park and will be presented for 3 year lease on October 27. All the auctions will take place at PDA office Phase 5 Hayatabad at 11 AM. Authorities have encouraged interested parties to visit the housing officer’s headquarters in Hayatabad during office hours or to visit the PDA’s official website for further information and questions.
