Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration recently launched limited commercial plots in Central Business Square, according to a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page.
As per the details, the administration offers a limited number of 8 Marla commercial plots in Sectors K and N – located in Central Business Square. The plots are located in the business hub that will attract frequent footfall for the retailers.

The post also shared the payment details for the commercial plots:
The membership fee for an individual is PKR 64,160
The membership fee for the company is PKR 192,160
Double-jointed plots – an additional 5% of the total cost of each plot
Triple jointed plots – an additional 7% of the total cost of each plot
Interested parties can visit the DHA Multan Site Office to purchase plots.
In another development, the DHA Multan administration announced that the members can now update their information on the authority’s website such as mailing address, phone number, and email address. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit the society’s website.
Step 2: Go to Members Area, enter reference number, CNIC number and Captcha Code, then click on Submit button.
Step 3: Select ‘Update Profile’, and enter the new phone number, email address & mailing address.
Step 4: Click on ‘Update’ to complete the process.
Reportedly, DHA Multan will also be organising the grand opening of the DHA Food Court on January 1, 2022, to start the new year with delicious cuisines.
