Islamabad: The three-day auction of commercial plots held by the Capital Development Authority fetched PKR 6.58 billion in just two days, reported a news source. During the second day, the civic authority sold commercial plots worth PKR 2.5 billion, while the first day fetched PKR 4.07 billion.
The auction received overwhelming response where the business community participated with great enthusiasm and offered handsome bids. On Wednesday, CDA completed the auction of 12 plots. The news report reveals that several bids were offered for these plots. The highest bid received during the auction so far was for a 416.66 square yards commercial plot in Diplomatic Enclave Markaz at PKR 670,000 per square yard.
