DHA City Karachi (DCK) is one of the top high-end residential developments on Karachi’s real estate landscape. Development work is in full swing in the locality at the moment and according to Al Karim Capital Estate CEO Mr Asif Abdul Karim, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) will hand over possession in Sectors III, V, and VII of DCK in 2016.
The developer already ensures a contemporary and exemplary lifestyle to the prospective residents of DCK, but that’s no longer all. DHA now plans to offer luxurious farmhouses in DCK in the near future to satisfy those who have an appetite for extra space, a serene environment and high-end living.
According to an advert, the developer has already acquired 100% of the land required for this upcoming development and it will offer fool-proof security to its residents through CCTV cameras, watchtowers and mobile patrolling. Moreover, the developer will maintain the green character of DCK in the farmhouses as well by using effective and sustainable means to generate electricity.
The development will be approached easily through Malir Motorway, however, the exact location of DCK farmhouses has not been announced yet.
The DHA has also not unveiled the launching date of the DCK farmhouses and other development prospects of the locality, but rest assured you will be updated on that count as soon as we get any further information.
Considering the proven ability of DHA to provide high-end residential communities, I believe that the DCK farmhouses will be a stupendous development and it will open another avenue of investment for property enthusiasts far and wide.
