Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan on Tuesday issued directions to all the departments concerned to ensure that all the developmental schemes listed under the new Annual Developmental Programme (ADP) obtained their formal approvals from the appropriate government forums within three months, according to news sources.

As per the official handout, he gave these directives while chairing a provincial cabinet meeting. The CM asked all the cabinet members to review their departmental progress as after three months, he will review the individual department progress himself. Khan further directed that all the cabinet members are to project their departments’ two-year performances via press conferences, and asked for the information department to schedule a press conferences for all the departments concerned.

Furthermore, Mahmood directed the concerned officials to execute research work for devising a traffic management plan for Peshawar, raise forest and mineral guards in the province.
