Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Mohsin Naqvi has issued directives to ensure the timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to businessmen, aiming to enhance the convenience of investors, as per a news article on December 29.

Under the details, the CM Naqvi conducted a visit to the Business Facilitation Centre (BFC), located in Al Falah Building Lahore, on Thursday. During his inspection, he assessed the efficiency of the streamlined one-window operation designed to cater to both domestic and foreign investors.
Furthermore, CM Naqvi personally examined the counters representing provincial and federal departments within the BFC, engaging in discussions with the staff. He took a comprehensive look at the entire system of the One Window Operation and expressed his thoughts on the initiative. He highlighted that this program stands as a flagship endeavour of the Punjab Government, squarely focused on facilitating investors.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Naqvi emphasised that the collaborative effort involves 20 provincial and federal departments providing services under one roof. He underscored the significance of such a consolidated approach to streamline processes for the benefit of businesses.

In a further development, he also disclosed plans to replicate these BFCs in key cities such as Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and Multan, further expanding the reach of investor-friendly services across the province.
