Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar has approved the building models for two civil secretariats that are expected to be established in Bahawalpur and Multan, according to a news source published on September 16.

On the occasion, he further revealed that both secretariats in Bahawalpur and Multan were going to be developed by utilizing modern design principles and that the foundation stones for the projects would be laid soon. The CM added that under the current leadership of the federal government, a new developed era for the country had begun.

Moreover, CM Buzdar stated that the government intended on fulfilling all the promises it had made to the people of South Punjab. He also assured that the funds allocated for southern Punjab would only be spent there, and not in other parts of the province.
Reportedly, the said models for the two civil secretariats have been prepared by the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab.
