Mayor Akhtar pointed out that due to negligence, the city’s rain drains had been converted into sewerage drains. He expressed his concern over the situation, as the predicted rain spells in the city can lead to an urban flood. He revealed that nullahs spanning over 265 kilometres in length would be cleaned in the said drive.
