Karachi: Karachi Municipal Corporation (KMC) has launched a campaign to clean the seacoast on emergency basis. During this campaign, Green Belts of South Zone, Beach View Park, Bilawal Chaurangi and other areas will be cleaned.
Earlier this month, Administrator Karachi Abdur Rauf Akhter Farooqi visited coastal areas of the city and directed Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority Jameel Durani to take measures for beautification and cleanliness of the area. As a result, the department is taking measures for cleaning and embellishing coastal zones.
