Faisalabad: The Clean and Green Punjab project has been launched in rural union councils of the districts on the directions of Punjab CM Sardar Usman Buzdar, a news source reported. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Syed Ahmad Fawad inaugurated the programme at Union Council 161 Jhapal.
The DC stated that Clean and Green Punjab programme should be implement in letter and spirit. He added that all the resources will be used to make the program successful. Clean and Green Punjab project includes cleanliness of villages, tree plantation, and anti-encroachment campaigns.
