Rawalpindi: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) have failed to maintain roads and greenbelts in Raja Bazar, the commercial hub of the city, according to a news source.
The PHA and RDA together have millions in funds and employ hundreds of personnel, but the roads and greenbelts in some of the areas under their charge remain in dilapidated condition.
