After successful completion of a gold-standard project in Gujranwala, the Citi Housing has now launched another residential project in Sialkot to offer the same high-standard lifestyle to the people of Sialkot.
Citi Housing Sialkot offers 5- and 10-marla and 1- and 2-kanal plots on easy instalment plan of three years. The development work in the society is in full swing, and according to our source of information, the development is complete in the Phase I of the society, which comprises five blocks i.e. A, B, C, D and, E. We also learned that many houses are being built in Phase I.
The Phase II of Citi Housing Sialkot comprises F and G Block, where development work is underway.
Upon launch, the developer offered 5- and 10-malra plots in the Phase I for Rs 1.85 million and Rs 3.45 million respectively, while a 1-kanal plot was initially offered at Rs 6.45 million. The members have paid out only four instalments yet. However, if you want to purchase a plot in Citi Housing now, you need to pay the amount equal to four instalments plus the booking charges as well as the profit difference.
In phase II, the developer initially offered 5- and 10-marla plots and 1-kanal plots for Rs 2.15 million, Rs 3.95 milion, and Rs 7.15 million respectively.
The society had an approach from Aimanabad Road initially, but now the developer has given access to the society from Daska Road as well.
We believe the introduction of a gold-standard residential project in Sialkot is not only promising for the genuine buyers who plan to settle down in the society in future, but also for the investors who always remain on the lookout of secure and potential investment options.
If you would like to add to the updates on Citi Housing Society that I have stated in this post, please feel free to comment.
Zain bhai may I ask what is Gold standard in real estate.
Seems paid content, would expect an independent, impartial & quality review from zameen team
Dear Mr. Zain
Please let me know what is present day price of 10 marla plots. I heard Citi housing management is selling plots on 99 years lease. is it so ? if yes what does it means
Regards
CITI Housing Faisalabad has not held draw but continuously allotting plots in a stupid way. CITI is a blot on real estate horizon. They have defrauded public by offering plots in a worst location of Samundri Road instead of showcased prime location of Sargodha Road.
