Multan: Citi Housing Multan, through a notification on its official Facebook page, recently announced its decision to open the booking for 5-marla and 10-marla residential plots in the project. The booking for the 5-marla plots starts with a down payment of PKR 500,000 , while the 10 marla plots can be booked with a down payment of PKR 700,000.
The full price of the 5-marla plots is PKR 2.85 million, while the 10-marla plots are available for PKR 5.25 million. After the down payment, the remaining amount can be paid in 12 quarterly instalments. This amount also includes the development charges. Additionally, prime location charges will apply to corner plots, plots facing parks and plots located on the main road — with these additional charges expected to be 10% of the total price for each category.
