Citi Housing Faisalabad announces balloting, possession

Citi Housing (Pvt) Ltd recently entered Faisalabad’s property market after celebrating huge successes in Sialkot, Gujranwala and Jhelum. The developer looks to be more active in Faisalabad as it has already announced balloting and possession of plots in Blocks A, B and C of the society. May 16 is set to be the date of balloting and June 15 is scheduled to be the date of possession handover.

All the members and file-owners are required to submit their membership forms and files to Citi Housing Faisalabad’s office by May 15, 2015 to be part of the upcoming balloting. The announcement for the balloting of membership forms and plot files submitted after May 15 will be made later, after June 15, according to Citi Housing (Pvt) Ltd’s advert in local newspapers.

Members of the society can submit their files without any charges. Furthermore, they can also avail the opportunity to get a discount of up to Rs 1,000,000 at the time of the first instalment by submitting a membership form with a file.

Now that the developer has officially announced the dates of balloting and possession of plots in the aforementioned blocks, the news should tear apart all the rumours about Citi Housing Faisalabad. And with this news, the investors should also expect to see prices picking up in the locality in the short term.
