Lahore: The Combatting Poverty and Climate Change Foundation (CPCCF) and Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences has signed an agreement to set up a jungle-like pasture on 100 acres of land owned by the Cholistan Veterinary University, reported a news source. The agreement was signed on Monday at University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore campus.
The agreement was signed by Cholistan University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha and the CPCCF Executive Director Ahsan Rashid.
Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Pasha said that the pasture will be planted with different types of plants and trees, and to control electricity expenses, the project will run on solar power.
