London: The China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has partnered up with Empire Properties, a Pakistani company, to develop Gwadar’s first luxury golf community, according to a press release. The MoU for the PKR 30 billion project named China-Pak Golf Estate has already been signed.
The press release states that China-Pak Golf Estate will become a milestone for premium residential and lifestyle destinations in the port city and that it will be a groundbreaking development. CCECC Managing Director (Pakistan) Wang Lei said that working on the project will be an honour for the firm, which holds 39 years of experience in handling construction projects worldwide.
Empire Enterprises CEO Afzal Shah said that CCECC is the best firm to work on this project and he welcomed its help in setting a new standard for transparent dealings in the real estate market of Pakistan. Shah is also optimistic about attracting international investment in the property sector through this project.
