Islamabad: Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani said that a Chinese company has expressed its willingness to send a technical team to Pakistan to lend support for the Diamer-Bhasha Dam, as per a news report. This support can be in terms of different options such as financial, construction, etc.
This statement came during Sanjrani’s meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing where it was disclosed that China Power is helping to meet the energy needs of the country. During the meeting, both sides agreed that the CPEC had strengthened economic ties between both countries, further solidifying their relationship.
