Rawalpindi: The Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) has launched a one-window operation to facilitate Rawalpindi residents – a news source reported.
This CB Care Centre will facilitate the residents on matters relating to property and TIP taxes, water and sanitation, building plans, and death and birth certificates.

Chaklala Cantonment Executive Officer Muhammad Ishaq Malik said that centre has been completely digitised. He added that a well-trained staff will work in this facility.
Moreover, the CB Care Centre will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). From now onwards, the citizens won’t have to approach other branches of the Cantonment Board to register their complaints.

Malik directed the officials concerned to address the complaints without any delay. Similarly, the staff’s performance will be monitored on a regular basis.
