Chaklala: The Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) has issued a warning to public to not buy plots that don’t have their layout plans approved, according to a publication. The notice also warns this is creating property issues not only for CCB, but also for the public.
According to details, some people have been selling small plots in CCB without having their layout approved. These plots lack the space for basic utilities or even proper roads and these are causing all round issues. The notice also instructs the buyers to confirm approvals of layout plans before buying plots.
