Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has invited proposals from potential investors/developers – as individuals or in the consortium – to design, develop, build, finance, sell, market, operate and maintain the Chaharbagh Project 10-kanal Apartment Building(s) under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode, according to an advert published in national dailies.

The advert mentions that interested parties, with demonstratable technical and financial capabilities to execute the said Chaharbagh Project, should submit their technical and finacial proposals under the single-stage-two-envelope method.
The last date for procuring of RFP is May 19 till 4 PM and the last date for bid submission is May 23 and by 4 PM.
The RFP can be obtained from Executive Director Commercial on a nonrefundable fee in the shape of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 50,000 in the name of RUDA.

Technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders whereas firms qualified following technical evaluation will be called for financial bid opening and the date for it will be duly communicated.
